Cernit Varnish Matt 30 ml

Cernit clay is best varnished with the varnish of the same brand, matt or glossy, which is specially made for the clay. This water-based varnish is completely clear after drying and once baked, it prevents damage from knocks or scratches. The varnish is water-resistant.

Stir the varnish before use. The water-based varnish should be applied to a polymer clay that has been baked and degreased with alcohol or Darwi brush cleaner.
Once the clay is covered with varnish, a drying time of one hour must be observed, also between multiple layers. Your result is perfect after 2 or 3 layers.
Once it feels dry, bake it again for 15 minutes at 110°C in a preheated oven. Let it cool for 48 hours to obtain the best possible hardness.
Tools can be cleaned with water.
