Returns and guarantees

Return Policy:

Not satisfied and want to return your item? Then these costs are always for the account of the customer, MARYN is not liable for these costs. Do you still want to return? Then pack your items neatly and if they are received back in the same condition as MARYN sent them to you, you will get the money back.
Please note: this does not apply to custom work and refunds are not possible. Please note that certain items are not returnable, this is specifically stated with the article.

Fantasy jewelry:

MARYN also sells handmade costume jewelry.

We do NOT provide any warranty on these and they cannot be returned.

Clay:

Follow the instructions on the clay packaging. Clay can only be returned immediately after receipt by the buyer and must then be returned in unopened packaging (always in consultation with MARYN). See the return policy for this information.

Claycutters:

We 3D print all our claycutters ourselves, because we print at 0.28 mm thickness there is always a risk that a mold breaks because we want to deliver such a sharp cutting edge. Is your mold broken because there is a weakness in the "lines" of the mold? Please report this with a clear photo and we will send you the same claycutter back to you for free with your next order . This claycutter will not be sent separately.
This only applies to defects during normal use of our claycutters.

This warranty is valid for one year and is only valid in combination with the purchase receipt or invoice.

We find it very annoying that this happens, but unfortunately it is sometimes part of the process when you make such nice items.
