Return and warranty policy:

Not satisfied and want to return your item? Then these costs are always the responsibility of the customer, MARYN is not liable for these costs. Would you still like to return? Then pack your items neatly back in and if they are received back in the same condition as MARYN sent them to you you will receive a refund of this.
Please note that on custom made items this does not apply and a refund is not possible. Please note that some items are not returnable, this will be specifically stated with the item. Warranty: we have customized warranty rules for several tools that are very specific to that item. You can find these at the product page and upon purchase you automatically agree to this policy.

Fantasy Jewelry:

MARYN also sells handmade fantasy jewelry.

We do NOT warranty these, nor can they be returned.

Clay:

Please follow the instructions on the packaging of the clay. Clay can only be returned immediately upon receipt by the buyer and will then have to be returned in unopened packaging (always in consultation with MARYN). Please see the return policy for this info.

Claycutters:

We 3D print all our claycutters ourselves, because we print at 0.28 mm thickness there is always a risk that a mold will break because we want to deliver such a sharp cutting edge. Is your mold broken because of a weakness in the "lines" of the mold? Please report this with a clear picture and then we will send you the same your next order the same claycutter for free. This claycutter will not be sent separately.
This only applies to defects in normal use of our claycutters.

This warranty is valid for one year and is only valid in combination with the purchase receipt or invoice.

We find it very annoying that this happens but unfortunately it is part and parcel of making such fine items.

MARYN Tutorials:

Upon purchase of a tutorial video, the customer obtains a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable license to view the video. The videos may not be copied, downloaded, distributed, rented, sold, disclosed or otherwise made available to third parties without express written permission.

All instructional videos and related materials remain the property of MARYN and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. Any unauthorized use may result in legal action.

Payment must be made in full before access to the instructional video is granted. After purchase, the customer will access the video via a unique link or a protected platform.

Due to the nature of digital products, the right of withdrawal expires once the customer has accessed the video. By making a purchase, the customer agrees to waive the right of withdrawal.

MARYN guarantees that the videos are correctly and functionally accessible. MARYN shall not be liable for any technical problems on the part of the customer that prevent the viewing of the videos. MARYN is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of the instructional videos.

MARYN reserves the right to withdraw access to the instructional videos without refund if abuse is suspected. Unauthorized sharing or distribution may result in legal action and damages claims.
